Underground Supply has been family owned and operated since 1991. Serving Western Massachusetts and surrounding areas with quality precast concrete septic tanks, distribution boxes, basement entryways and related construction products. As a member of both the Northeast Precast Concrete Association and the National Precast Concrete Association, Underground Supply is focused on up to date precast manufacturing standards.

USI’s State Of The Art Batch Plant

Our manufacturing facility, located on RTE 5 in Whately, houses a Mixer Systems computer controlled concrete batch plant yielding precise component control, producing a consistent high quality mix every batch.

Complying with MA Title 5 Regulations, USI adheres to the quality standards set forth in NPCA's Best Practices Manual, and ASTM 1227 insuring our products meet the highest industry standards.

Efficiency & Safety on the Job Site

Delivering 1500 gallon septic tanks in one piece provides added safety on the job site, eliminating in-the-hole seam alignment. Preassembly of tanks allows testing tank integrity at our shop without disturbing the seam for delivery.

With radio controlled cranes, our operators have the freedom to move around job sites unrestricted, gaining optimal visibility for safe, accurate sets.
